How long does shipping take?

It can vary by product, but we are working around the clock to make sure your orders are processed as quickly as possible. We send off items daily at the Canada Post office next door, and with other major shipping providers.

Where do you ship from?

We ship nationwide from our headquarters in Prince Edward Island, Canada. Our shop is located right next to a Canada Post office who we work closely with, and we also work with other major shipping companies. 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within Canada.

Where is my tracking number?

After ordering, you can scroll down on your order confirmation page and click a button to get shipping updates via text message.

We also send you an email after ordering with a link to "view order," and we send you shipping updates via email with a tracking number in them that you can click on.

Can I add another item to my order after placing it?
